Call Eagle tools at 323 999-2909 in Los Angeles. They were the Inca distributor in the Western U.S. and still have the machines for sale.

One is bigger than the other. I've had plenty of chances to work with Inca tools. After working in the industry with heavy duty machinery I find the Inca to be pretty much toys and over rated in quality.

Ted,

The Inca 570 has a Tersa cutterhead that uses quick-change disposable blades. The 510 has a standard cutterhead with reusable baldes. I have a 570and love it.

hank's got it. tersa blades and i think the motor is direct drive vs. belt driven under the unit. i just got a 550 (standard 2 blade cutterhead) a couple of weeks ago. while i've only used it as a jointer, i can agree with rick about them being a little overrated. i'm still planing with my dewalt 735 and the difference in cut quality is obvious (the three bladed dewalt wins hands down). overall i'm very satisfied since i bought it for its compact design. i've got an overstuffed one car garage and even a 6" jointer would take up much more room than this machine.
