Firepit Table
Does anyone here have any Ideas on how to build a wooden table(pressure treated pine)with a firepit insert.How can I protect the wood from becoming to hot.Brick top maybe?Any ideas or plans would help.I just need something to get me in the right direction.

I didn't know what a firepit table was, so I did a Google Images Search (http://images.google.com/images?q=fire+pit+table&sourceid=navclient-ff&ie=UTF-8&rlz=1B3GGGL_en___US215&oe=UTF-8&um=1&sa=N&tab=wi&oi=revisions_inline&resnum=0&ct=property-revision&cd=1) and saw lots of different designs. There might be some ideas for you there. Regardless, it looks like it would be uncomfortably hot, and you'd have to lean way over the table to tend the fire, so I may not be understanding.

Is this the 21st century update on fondue? It'll probably get to the midwest soon.
