Moisture meters

Good morning to all,
I am going to purchase a moisture meter. Are all moisture meters considered similar in quality? Will various manufacturers products (regardless of cost) yield similar results? What are the common brands most you w-workers use that give consistent and accurate results? Are there any pros and cons and what should I avoid? Any and all advice is greatly appreciated.
