To understand what I was doing while learning eCabinet Systems (eCabinets for short), I created two cabinets, placed them side-by-side, and then rendered the concept "drawing" into a photo-realistic image; finally, I saved the image as a jpg file:

The cabinet on the left has 3 lights "in" it, while the one on the right has only one light.

Al,
Nice computer work. Really helps visualize the project with such realistic detail. Years ago, I made a computer model of a new project using software that is now 7 years old. After building the real thing, I tried to photograph the piece using similar lighting and perspective to match the computer rendering. Here's the result. Since then, the software (and me) has gotten better. I could probably make a rendering that would make it difficult to tell if it's real or not.

Thanks for your kind words, Jeffrey!
The rendering of your work in the computer model is truly outstanding, and I wonder just how far you could go with it!!! It is remarkable and uncanny how perfectly you were able to model your work - and even more remarkable is the work piece itself. STUNNING!!!
Thanks for sharing, Jeffrey.
