I purchased this from a craigslist ad (05/20/07) for $150. The seller did not know who the maker was but thought it may be German, but said it was about 30years old and his father was the original owner.

Would any one know who the maker may be? Just curious, Thanks.

The dimensions are 50” long (not including the end vise) x 16” wide x 34.5” high.

I cant be sure but it looks an awful lot like one I recall seeing in a tool store about 15 years ago and I think that was an Ulmia. Whatever it is, I think you got a pretty sweet deal.

Seems to be some similarities to this one:

Could just be a no-name import. I remember Berland's House of Tools (Chicagoland area) carried an import line of benches for a while. They were pretty nice looking at an attractive price.

Who knows how old it is? Nice score, whosever it is.
