View Full Version : Newbie's frist cabinet.....

Well from reading all the great post here I get the confidence to build a cabinet.

Its not much of a cabinet but it's a start. It is just for the shop and it was made form cabinet grade plywood and pine.

I used my new DowelMax for the frame and man do I love it.

The cabinet is 35 high has 3 drawers that are 20x21 and 5 1/2 deep. They have full extension ball bearing slides.

Thanks for the comments but you can't see the mistakes.
I want to start working on dovetail drawers on the next one, these were just rabbets.

Very nice work. As you know a craftsman can vivdly see any (errors) in his/her work that others do not. To us they are glaring but to others they are not.

BTW, they're not "mistakes", they're features. Or design changes.
