Sommerfeld's router table

Does anyone have the new router table from Sommerfeld's? I picked one up at the Atlanta Woodworking Show and the center section (it's in three piece's) has a "crown" in it. I contacted Sommerfelds within a week after I got it and they were aware of the problem. I was told it would be the end of April or the first of May before replacements would be available. I was put on a list and told I would be sent a new one at no charge but haven't heard a word. I e-mailed them a week or so ago, but I haven't heard back from them. Like I said before, I'm very disappointed in their customer service.

If you have a phone number, give them a call. In situations like this some companies ignore their email. It becomes overwhelming for their staff to handle. It's much more difficult for them to ignore the phone.

I have had very good customer service from Sommerfelds. Recently I broke a router bit that was part of a set for making raised panel doors, and they sent me a new one free of charge.
