Table for SCMS - Need Pics/Ideas

I have a 12" Hitachi SCMS being delivered in 2 days. I'd like to make a table where the saw is recessed and the table top is flush with the saw table. I can't find any old threads on the creek, but I know I've seen some in shop tours.

Anyone have any pictures/ideas/plans that I could steal? I need it to be quick and functional, but I want some permanence to it, not a fold up, roll around job.
