Glaser sharpening jig

I've read a few articles online by Jerry Glaser, and in them, he says that he has made available the plans to make his sharpening jig - the one that pivots on the floor.
I cannot find the plans.
Does anyone have the plans, or a link to them?

I have that article, tks. But in another article that I have, Glaser says that he has posted plans to make the jig. I've not been able to find them anywhere. I supposed I could make a stab at it from the photo and the drawing.
