Well, I did it! I split the lid on my PC spray gun. I guess keeping lacquer thinner in the gun after cleaning it isn't the best thing judging by the results. :confused: Do any of you store your guns with thinner in them between uses? Perhaps lacquer thinner is a bit too hot.
Anyway, I'm going to need a replacement cup and am wondering if the threads are standard on gravity feed cups. I found a replacement aluminum cup online and am thinking about getting it but I don't know if the thread sizes are the same. Many, many thanks! Jason - aka spray gun killer.
