Pipe Clamp Mag Pads

Someone had asked about these from seeing them in another post. Basically just some identically sized and drilled pieces of scrap with a magnet recessed in each one. They provide more surface area for clamping, raise the clamps up to free the handles and the magnets keep them from spinning while you set up.

Nice idea! I like it! Hopefully I'll remember it to make some!:eek: To take it one step further, make the wood a triangle and have a wider base under the pipe clamp. Jim.

Great, just when I think im getting ahead of my todo projects someone comes up with a god idea.:rolleyes: Thanks for the pics. I will save this thread for when I get a few free minutes tonight.
