Here is a desk I have been building. All done except the drawer fronts.
The finish is 4 coats of Blonde Shellac and 2 coats of GF Arm R Seal
Enjoy.

That's a really nice piece, James. The walnut and ambrosia maple compliment each other well.

Very nice piece of furniture....but the blonde walking by was a pretty cute baby. :D
Reminds me of my kids...every time it's picture time? There they are getting in front of the lens. :)

Nicely Done James. Did the shellac fill the bug holes?

No the bug holes are still there. I thought about filling them with epoxy, but decided against it.

Very nice James!! Though the whole design is beautiful and well executed, that desk top really speaks to me...just stunning!!!
