I have marketing problem in my products-

1) I manufacture acrylic award by cutting 6mm 8mm acrylic in various shapes and then fastening it to wooden base.

2) Engraving texts on award is not visible. So product dont attracts customers.

3) The edges of my award are plain laser cut.

Any one help me how to add colors to my products. And how to produce moulded edges.

If you are using cast acrylic then the engravings should be a frosted white. If using extruded acrylic then they may be harder to see.

You should be able to fill engraved acrylic with an acrylic colored paint.

I have used "Rub 'n Buff" and had very good success with it. It is available in many different colors and can be found in many craft and hobby shops. I got mine at Michael's.

You might try a propane torch along the edges to polish them.

This is an acrylic frame that was colored by applying latex paint with a q-tip and then rubbing off the excess. The dark spots are from adhesive used to attach these to a display background.
