OK, so I'm still fuming. Last night I walk into the guest bathroom and notice a spot in the sink. Upon further inspection I see to my suprise that my house guest has managed to chip the sink in my 5 month old house!

I guess this is what I get for being a nice guy and putting a buddy up for a few months while he gets back on his feet.

I've heard of those little epoxy kits you can pick up at the store. Anyone have any luck with these?

What is the sink made of?

Chris,
I have used them and they work fine. It takes patience and several coats of the material also let it dry well between coats.
I have repaired enamel chips on stoves, refrigerators, washing machine tanks, sinks and bath tubs. I have even used it to repair synthetic marble but had trouble finding a color match.
Make sure you get the repair kit for the material that you sink is made out of.
