Has anyone tried a Clark air compressor?
http://www.arizonatools.com/catalog/browse/2288-3426/
The 3 compressors on this site are selling locally for $130
they have a rating of 2 hp 7.3 scfm @ 40 psi, 4 scfm @90 psi
I think the max pressure is 115 psi
Will this be enough to power a finish nailer?

It looks like all 3 compressors are the same, they are just mounted on different tanks. Is one particular type of tank better than another?
I need a compressor for light use (maybe 2-4 mid size projects a year)and don't want to spend much.

Thanks,
Stephen

Stephen, I don't have the particular unit you're looking at, but if all you're going to be doing is finish nailing, I'd bet that any of the ones there (with the possible exception of the tankless unit) would work just fine. I've been using a small "pancake" compressor (horse and a half, I think) for many years to do exactly that type of work. Heck, I've even used it extensively for full-size nailers. Framed in the entire family room, office and bedroom area in our previous house with it, as well as a huge deck outside. If you start going really fast with the nailer, you sometimes have to let it "catch up", but if using it for finish work, that shouldn't be an issue.
