Hello all!
I am still working on the ice storm clean up and my pile of wood is really building up. I found a box elder in the mess that didn't have much color in it but decided to make some bowl blanks anyway. I turned one the other day and decided to try some wood bleach on it. I bought wood bleach from woodcraft and put on several coats letting each coat dry a while. But the wood still doesn't seem to be turning white. How long does this bleaching process take? And is there a better bleach out there?
Thanks
Gary
