Settings for Rowmark/Tromark

I need the settings for the Rowmark material(LaserMax,LaserMark........)
Can anybody help me?

The settings for VersaLaser VL-300 30W.

That stuff is sensitive enough that you'll need to do your own tests to get the exact right values for your machine. Below are the settings I use for LaserMark with my 45 watt Epilog Mini-24. You might be able to extrapolate from these values a starting point for experimenting with your laser.

I tend to go slow to get better quality and to minimize the raised ridge around the vector cut areas since I make fairly small detailed things with this material. For larger signs and stuff you could crank up the speed and power.

For black on white and red on white:

Raster: 25% S, 7% P, 600 dpi
Vector: 10% S, 20% P, 2500 frequency


For brushed aluminum on black I used the above, except a power of 10% for raster.

The raster settings go through the cap and in a little bit. You might want to inclease the power slightly to go a bit deeper, but I prefer not to have a noticeable depth to the engraving.
