I made this bowl for the coach of my son's little league team. He let me cut down the tree last spring. I was so happy to finally get my vacuum chuck working properly. Man, I love that thing!

The bowl is 8.5 by 4.5
The finish is Behlen's Woodturner's Finish

Pete, I like the slight convex profile of the outside. Very nice job; the coach will be proud to own it.

It may be the angle of the camera, but this piece looks to me like the height and diameter are very close to the same, but the dimensions you gave say otherwise. My eyes do have a way of playing tricks on me sometimes.
