I would definately agree with that statement. That's a fantastic design and I really like the choice of woods.

Very cool. I almost expect to see that cactus looking thingy jump down and start wandering around the room.

I do not expect the Dane to do that tho. Wouldn't want to try to lift her? either.

Thanks for the kind comments. I've been wanting to learn to carve wood into something more than a toothpick and that's what I ended up with:)

It looks kind of freaky in person. The wife said it looked alive.:D

I hope that I can improve because it was fun to build this..

What a great piece! Kinda reminds me of those scary movies where the trees are alive and reach out at you when you're lost in the forest. Now, you said this was for work...did you clear this with the cubicle cops? Surely there are regulations that frown on such creativity????

No regulations, probably just a lot of funny comments:) . The guys I work with are kinda rough.

Nice guys but they think woodworking is done only with Stihl chainsaw.:D
