I grabbed a load of Mesquite from Ernie Nyvall when he was here a few weeks ago (Thanks Ernie!;) ). This was my 1st time turning green Mesquite, I'm in love! Roughed then DNA soaked and finish turned Monday. 9" diameter by 7" tall, buffed Antique oil finish.

I say we kick Travis and few others off the board!!! I'm tired of them making me feel like I'm not even a beginner!

Beautiful piece, puts my work to shame.

Travis, you can send me a piece of your work anytime!

That is superb, Travis. I can imagine how careful you had to be to retain all that beauty.

This is one spectacular hollow form. Quite possibly my favorite that you have turned - definitely a top 3... great work!
