April 20 and 21 I had the distinct pleasure of being in the shop of Mr Bill Grumbine, the man is a fountain of information and is an excellent instructor. The time I spent with Bill was a great help to me and hopefully will enhance my turning abilities. 63743

Bill cautioned the LOML that I may start whining about getting a bigger lathe, that brings me to the second part of my gloat

I have a friend that is moving and the LOHL told him that there is no room for his larger toys, so He is forced to sell some of them. Lucky me

Tom looks like congrats all the way around. Is that a 1442 sitting there? Looks like you had a fine time with Bill.

Bernie it is in fact a 1442 my friend has only had it about two years and never turned anything except pens and bottle stoppers. Now he has a jet mini and plans to use that for his pens and bottle stoppers. just couldn't pass on the price only 600.

You'll love that 1442. It's a nice, sturdy workhorse.
