Can someone tell me of someone that sharpens tenoning saws. I have one and would like to have it sharpened by someone that knows how and won't butcher it up

This place in Los Angeles (http://www.andersonsaw.com/) charges $15 per tool and does an excellent job. Dependining on where you live, go to a local tool dealer and ask if a sharpening service is available through them.
In the greater Los Angeles area, Anderson picks up and drops off tools at dozens of machinery dealers for their customers. Other metropolitan areas must have a similar resource.
