SHMBO wanted an upgrade to our two bathrooms since the house is about 20 years old....sooooo

New tile floor, painted walls with texture paint, and built the vanity cabinet, mirror frame and small medicine cabinet. Wifey picked the colors. Enjoy.

Nice, now just have to stock the magazine basket with woodworking mags and will have an office. Like the choice of colors and contrast.

That's really looking nice! I've really grown to love the "furniture look" for bath cabinetry...great job!

Looks real good to me Lou, I to like the colors. I think that vanity qualify's as fine woodworking, along with the med cabinet, and mirror frame. Nice job all round.

Thanks guys, actually, the worst part was laying the tile. I hate laying tile.

FYI for the finish, I used Latex paint, thinned with a little water and sprayed. I used a black undercoat with a cranberry topcoat. I was a little skeptical about spraying latex, but if you ever need to do it, get one of these:

It has a pressurized cup and really does a great job.

Nice work. I especially like the cabinet design. As Jim said, the furniture look really works well there.
