I like to use computer drawing programs to make designs for segmented turning. I will print my design on 1/4" graph paper. from that I can take actual dimensions. The outline gives width & length. I can also change the curves, If I allow enough wood. Maybe this design will give you ideas also. I will also list my web site which is devoted to segmented turning. GTH
