want a plainer

so I was thinking of getting a Lunchbox plainer. Qeustion is which one is going to have a better resale value. and also, in the grizzley series, Do I want a 15" plainer/molder, or just a plainer?

I figure It would be better to get a plainer, before a jointer.

I like the combo planer/jointer because I have a small shop. Space is the most valuable thing I have.

I have the Robland combo 12 joiner/ planer and it works great. It has a small footprint, and takes about 45 sec. to convert. A12 in. joiner is a great tool to have. If slace is a concern this is the tool for you.

Get a Dewalt DW735 lunchbox planer and be happy.
