Well, Glenn, I celebrated the New Year about 2 hours ago. But you will have to wait a while longer.

Btw, I'm in Vladimir, Russia. They use time first, then pass it on to the UK, then they use it and pass it on to the US. I hope there is some left when it gets there.

Otherwise I have to wait 6 more hours before going to bed. I bought champagne to celebtate with. My wife'll kill me if I fall asleep before 12. That'd be a heck of a way to usher in 2004. Besides. I'd not be able to go to Williamsburg in January and learn how to make a tall clock. This would be bad because I've already paid for air fare, tuition, and one night hotel stay. What a way to start a new year!
