Salt Shaker & Pepper Mill instructions

Does anyone know where I can get step-by-step instructions
on how to make a pepper mill?

My brothe-in-law and I built a Fry station for his deck last summer and now he would like to do a Salt & Pepper mill



I would appreciate any help
