Hi does anyone here know if my Porter Cable 135 PSI 6 gallon compressor will run a framing nailer, just one. It kicks off around 120 I think right now, and it says on a sticker 2.6scfm @ 90psi. I looked in book and on the borgs site but nothing.I also looked at a chart in borg did not see what I was looking for. It was the 3 gun kit.
Im looking to use it for toenailing fence rails in place, using 2.5 inch nails.

Thanks again

I'm no expert, but I am guessing it will do fine. Nailers don't require much air.

I have that compressor and it works fine with all my nailers including a PC 350 framer. Never had a problem running one nailer at a time. Now if you were trying to use 2 or 3 at once you might run out of air.

You will be fine. 90 PSI for the nailer and your compressor is rated for 120...and with 6 gal's you will not be cycling on and off much at all.

Thanks again and again and again for the creekers. Very quick answer.
I try to contribute when I can, my knowledge seems weak compared to others here, but maybe I will pick up slack soon.
