Bart, I found a #3 last year. Light rust (it was in an outdoor wagon). $10.00 out the door, two hours of cleaning/sharpening, etc. What a sweet little plane.
Hope that you enjoy your as well. I almost ran out the door after the shopkeeper made the price.
