DW735 cutting height problem

Hi all, my dw735 has developed a cutting height problem, when I dial in 3/4" on the quick dial on the left side of the machine it cuts it 1/16" too thin. Its always cut dead on on the dial numbers but recently it cuts every selection on the dial 1/16" too thin. My manual doesnt cover that area and was wondering if anyone has had an issue with that.

I believe there is an adjustable threaded post that is underneath the selection wheel, for calibrating the stop function.

I think that I would reset the knives with the jig. You might find that the left side of one knife has slipped 1/16th.

Andrew, Are you saying to take off the selection wheel and there is an adjuster under the wheel??

You don't have to take off the wheel. Just look at the vertical rod coming up out of the base of the planer under the quick adjust wheel. There's an adjuster nut at the base of the rod. It's easily adjustable.
