;) I am major-league impressed with the promptness and quality of service from Bob Marino's Festool Store. I put in an order by internet last week and made mistakes in the order which included ordering duplicates of one item. Bob emailed me about the mistake that same day, called me by phone the following morning, and otherwise made sure he was sending me what I wanted, and nothing more. His efforts cost him money, but saved me. The order arrived on time and in perfect shape. Bob is the man for me when it comes to Festool.
