Since I am a relative novice and have taken so much knowledge from you guys and gals that I would like to share a solution I found to stop drawer contents from sliding around everytime you open and close a drawer. I used some shelf liner that is made by Duck and is sold at WalMart at about $4 a roll of 20" wide by 10' long. I cut a piece to fit my drawers and just lay it in the drawer. Now my tools stay put. This is the same kind of material that is sold at Woodcraft to keep the workpiece from slipping on your workbench. It comes in several different colors. Here is a photo.
