I got a Beisemeyer Cut-Off Fence for Christmas. I installed it and the only problem I ran into is the reported additional 1" added to a measurement. That's the distance from the face of the Cut-Off Fence and Beisemeyer fence proper. Mine's 1-1/32" of an inch! I cannot see anyway to screw this up. Not a big deal, just wondering if anyone who has one has experienced the same thing?

Thanks

Byron, 1-1/32” kinda defeats the whole idea of easy reading/use doesn’t it? I’d send it back for a replacement.

Other than the +1/32, how do you like it? I've been thinking about ordering one myself.

Byron,

As an alternative you can make your own, I made my own standoff from some scraps. It is excatly 1".

Here is some additional information on it: 1" stand off information (http://home.comcast.net/~mywoodshop/html/t_s_fence_stand_off.html)

As a matter of fact, I just used it yesterday and I really like it.
