Window seat

Hi I just finished this window seat for my home. The maple plywood I got free and the oak came from the stuff they sell at Menards as random oak which is a little cheaper than the other oak they have. The finish is just 3 coats of Minwax poly . Comments are appreciated and thanks for looking

The photo is a bit difficult to see. But, from what I can tell, it looks pretty darn nice!

I'm not a photographer by any stretch of the imagination. But I've learned that when photographing an object agains a bright background (that is, your window), the object will appear dark. Best bet is to close the blinds or wait until nightfall, and turn on as many lamps in the room as possible.

Anyhow...the window seat looks great.
