Console Bath Vanity

Here's a brief update on our new bath vanity.

In a previous post, I asked for opinions on how to shape the concave surface of a curved door that was made using staved construction. We ended up using the 4 1/2 angle grinder to shape the curve as one poster recommended. Concentration and carefullness were very important. After futher hand sanding with a foam bock, it turned out well.

Here are some other pics showing the curved solid edgebanding being glued to the vanity's subtop, and the subtop being attached to the carcass.

This is a really incredible project, Jeffrey. And the renderings are very instructive as you combine them with the actual construction photos...good fur learnin'!!!!!
