Welcome, Joseph. I am hoping one of my boys will be interesting in turning. And I hope I'll be able to do a good enough job showing them how. How long have you been turning and has your father shown any of your work here before?

Welcome aboard Joseph!
learn something everyday, don't get discouraged when you get a catch and ruin a piece because we have all done it and will do it again. The lathe will teach you patience, and it is very satisfying to see how that each piece you turn is better than the last. Your Dad is a good man,and I have a feeling that he teaches you a lot more than just turning. Can't wait to see some of your work.
