I feel that it is important to have positives mentioned as well as negatives.

That being I contacted MLCS for a failed rub collar on a shaper cutter for rails/stiles. The shield had come off exposing the bearings to dust.

18 hours later I had a response and confirmation of a new bearing being shipped.

I have purchased things from them before and will continue to do so.

I have had similar experiences with them; great service, not failed bearing sleeves. You know what I mean. Good CS and no shipping. I find them great for profiles I want to try out without spending the big bucks.

I too have had great CS from MLCS. I had an issue with an item that ended up ruining one of my router bits. They quickly refunded my money and replaced the bit. It was done quickly, professionally and with courtesy.
