Is there an easy way to change text from horizontal to vertical? I thought there was a vertical text tool in earlier versions of Draw but may be thinking of something else.
Basically I want to change JERRY to
J
E
R
R
Y
without going through the process to create the text, select it, , Break Text Apart, then reposition each letter.
Thanks
George

You could type each letter then hit "Enter". I have used this method in the past.

Yes, then center the text.

George:

Type your text, draw a vertical line, fit text to path, select the bottom setting in the text orientation box and you have it.

Then you can beak apart and delete the line.

Good one, Mike.
Not real apparent from the icon in the dropdown.

Jerry;

You're right; picked that up on another forum. I would never have found it.

Just to add one more step to the previously mentioned text item.

When you break apart the text and delete the line the text may not be perfectly centered. Select the text, break it apart and center.
