That's what I get is 512.00, that same saw is at Lowe's for $429.00 so I think there must be a typo in their price?

You guys were too late. :)

It got down to one left a few times with the price going up to $512. Then they added more and dropped the price again. Keep watching it. They might add more today.

I had been wanting a second bandsaw so I could have one setup for small curves and the other setup for resawing and tenon cutting. I really hate changing bandsaw blades. All I need now is that carter guide and a 1/8" blade.

It was absolutely a steal at $215 (although I did not order)-- Good catch Brian!!!

Thanks :) Now if the turret arm RAS would just go on sale like that. Any more tools and I'll have to expand into the livingroom.

Good thing I had problems sleeping last night - I caught one of these.

I currently have a HF and thought this would be an upgrade but this morning I have seen a few positive but lots of negative reviews of this saw - what's up?

From the reviews it sounds real hit-and-miss. I guess it depends if the QA guy was watching or not. Hope everyone here who got one gets a good one ;-)

If you look at the dates on the negatives, it sort of looks like delta had a lot of problems when they first switched to china/taiwan. The later ones look better. Regardless, I'm expecting to have to completely tune the saw when it arrives. I'm giving it 50/50 whether the wheels are coplanar out of the box.

Anthony --- The price changes from $215 to $512.;) :D

Great find Biian. I got a SCMS on one of those deals last fall. Some of the Amazon deals like this are amazing. When I printed out the deal and showed the LOML, she said get it while it's there. She was even amazed at how much we saved.
