The goats are back with many baby's... every year they come back to make the area fire safer:confused: we live in a canyon and we get high winds at the Singerrosa...."Now Horse go fet some more hey for them goats and leave your brotha alone....ya here!:rolleyes: "

I used to keep goats. They are OK I guess. I liked my horses way far better.

Mark, did someone cut that area, too, or does it die off over the winter? That area was pretty filled up with vegetation on my last visit...

Jim, Southern California has only had about 2 inches of rain since last July-- Normal is about 6 to 10 inches. And most rain falls in January---Feb--March! So it is kinda a drought season, and they are crying conserve. :eek: About 80% of the water we use comes from Northern California and Colorado. Scary when you think about it!:rolleyes:

can goats be house trained for living in the city. I wonder if it can be trained to go out back to poddy.
