Always remember, safety first!

Chain saws are scary tools.

Congrats Bernie! Use it in good health!

Wednesday I watched my "wood pusher" use his Stihl 66 and 76 IIRC. Good hard cutting saws!

Congrats Bernie.!!!!! That's a great saw. Just remember that it won't run top notch for ya until you run several tanks of fuel through it. Mine took about 12 tanks of fuel and running before it came on in to running very well and excellent power. You are going to really like that saw. :D

I was thru NW Kansas a couple yrs ago and don't recall seeing two trees. You should not need a chain saw for wheat stubble.

You should not need a chain saw for wheat stubble.Actually he can start knocking down some of those Hedge Apples. That Osage orange is some interesting wood. When ya get a chance Bernie, how about sending some down here to me? :D :)

You are armed and dangerous now. The trees are afraid. I only borrowed a chainsaw and it got me in trouble. I can only imagine what sort of trouble you headed towards...like storage shed. I've got more wood to turn than I can store. I'm going to have to solicit professional help from the LOML to re-organize the shop.

Congrats Bernie! Now that's a chain saw! I am sure both of those trees in Kansas are now shaking in the ground :)

Hey... way to go! Have fun and don't get hurt! (oh... and remember the tenth commandment: thou shalt not covet thy neighbors birch, thou shalt not covet thy neighbors walnut tree, thou shalt not covet thy neighbors burly maple, thou shalt not covet any of thy neighbors landscape! ;)).
