Rubber stencil/stamps material

Has anyone ever cut out those rubber stencil/stamps with the black rubber backing and fun-foam-like shapes glued to the backing? I have a customer that would like me to make a prototype of her logo. I don't know what kind of questions to ask local rubber distributors. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Leigh,

I've done some of those but I used fun foam only. One layer of it glued to the wood stamp as a base, the other rastored. Not good for fine detail/small text but for shapes works well.
