Drying Burls ....

We'll our little operation here is growing and weather is getting better. We usually get some rather large burls in and I always wanted to mill some in big slabs for like table tops, but never had a mill handy, till now with Jerry across the river.
Any help advice on drying of burl, crotches and multi flowing grain wood would be greatly apperciatied.
