PC Plunge Router & Lift

Guys, I have purchase a router lift for my plunge router and was wondering if I should leave the springs in are take them out.What do ya'll do that is more experence than I.I will be leaving it in the router table and not taking it out.Thanks again :o

I have a router raizer on a Freud FT2000E. Router Raizer recommends leaving the springs in so I did. The lift manufacturer should say which works better, springs in or springs out.
