We milled a cherry log that layed in the woods most of thr summer, after drying for two years I started to mill the cherry and found that dark bloches were in all the wood.:( Does anyone have any thoughts on what might be done to salvage this wood.I don't know if bleaching would work or not?

Tom, are you sure it's mold or calcification from decomposition or not just the pitch pockets that are common in Cherry? If the former, it's generally referred to as "spalting" and no, you can't bleach it out. If it's the latter, then it's just considered a feature of the cherry...and again, you can't bleach it out.

Many we see some photos of what you are talking about? Better to help figure this out.
