woodworking books - period detail shaping

I purchased Taunton's Shaping Wood by Lonnie Bird, I have enjoyed it.
Taunton also has a a book titled Period Furniture Details by Lonnie Bird
that I am interested in.

My question is... is anyone familiar with these books ?, I am thinking there might be alot of overlap between the two, since the shaping book did cover some Period shaping and the fact that Taunton is know for reusing their
material.

They just re-word it.I notice that also.I don't or have't purchase any of their books in awhile.Magazines are starting to do the same.Their very good,but not over and over.
