Yea i told him he did well i think he did a great job for his first bowl he made a plate the other day he also did well on

Ronald tell the boy he made a excellent bowl. I wish my first bowl looked that good. Tell him to make sure he posts it when it is finished. Job will done.

Nice piece, the knot or is it spalt (?) sets it off very well.Good shape to it, should hold a lot of candy :eek: or fruit .... :D, your son did very well, you make a good teacher Ronald.

It was a piece that i thought wood have more spalted in it but that is a knot and a little spalted

Ronald - let your son know that he did a great job on his first bowl! Like everyone else - make sure that he posts a picture of it once it is finished!

Doesn't get any better, Fathen and Son, turning together !! He did great on the bowl as well !!
