Lots of sled posts here, so here is mine. Made with some BB plywood with two t-slots cut into it, some aluminum angle, and a sacrificial fence (also with t-slots).
The runner is an Incra (makes putting this together a one hour job).
You can adjust it to any angle by loosening the knobs. I set it using a large plastic protractor reading between the fence and the line of screws that holds the Incra miter bar.
This sled works better than any other I've made. I can mark it for commonly used angles, and tweak it to perfection. And it will hold an angle until I change it.
I use it in the left-hand slot of my BT3K saw with custom 30-inch left-side miter extension, so I can handle pretty substantial cross-cuts.
