Do you guys an gals find this kind of funny.This guy has 3 very large black walnut trees in his yard that he's selling to highest bidder.

Nice type of wood but in really rough shape, pun intended.

Yeah, it is a little funny. There is an excellent chance that those trees have metal buried in them. Most sawmills won't want to take those.

What he forgot to add was that you have to have full insurance cover, not damage ANYTHING, remove ALL the mess, grind the stumps and feed his cat. But you get to keep the birdfeeder and clothesline thats nailed inside the tree.

What he really wants is not to have to pay the $5000 bill the tree company quoted him for the removal. :rolleyes:

Yard tree are very bad for hidden steel. Old clothes line hooks, bird feeders/house, plant hangers and just all kinds of nasties can be hidden. Know alot of mills big and small will not mill a yard tree.
