Here's what I've been working on for the last week. I love spindle work! Gives me a chance to use the skew.

Spalted Maple and Blackwood. 8-3/4"H x 6"W. Finished with Seal-A-Cell and buffed.

All due apologies to Cindy.

Thats a beauty Neal. Love the form and finish. I am hoping to do some of that style spindle work. I just ordered Cindy Drozda DVD. Nice job.

That's some of the nicest spindle work I've seen. Pretty close to perfect IMHO.

WOW, I don't do any turning, so I don't visit over here too often, but you folks do make some awesome things. That is absolutely spectacular!

Have you been hanging out with Cindy all winter? When's your next spindle class, well, there should be one anyway. I hope you put that in the next auction. It would look nice sitting on my mantle with some of my other spalted pieces. Brian
